I am writing to extend my deepest sympathies to you and to the Norwegian people and citizens of Stavanger on the death of innocent Norwegian Citizens who were victims of the terrorist attacks on Oslo and Utoya Island.

I was deeply grieved to hear about this atrocity that must be difficult for the Norwegian Government and people who are always present in the mind and thoughts of Palestinians and Nabuls citizens.

However, I am certain that Norway will recover from these dark moments as we believe its an open country for all nations, ethnicities and followers of various faiths
